Leadership in Transformation is the third course of five SME Leadership Course offered by Cisco through web seminar (webinar) on the ASEAN SME Academy.

After two successfull webinars, in this third session, SMEs will explore a phenomenon called VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). This will radically change the conditions for leaders and the whole organization. Dealing with VUCA is becoming a key attribute of new leadership. But how can leaders develop their role in the organization consciously?

This module makes the framework of organization (structure, culture, leadership) visible and focuses on the cycle of organizational and personal transformation.

Join this webinar to learn about:

  • Identifying VUCA and its impact
  • Challenges for a leader in today’s world
  • Required competencies for (digital) leaders
